How can I become a member?

To become a member is free and easy. Register online and upload a piece of government ID (to prove you are over 19 and that you live in Canada). All members must verify their email address to activate their account.

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely! All our information is stored in secure, SSL 256 bit encrypted servers. We never sell or provide any third party with your personal information! We also use an encrypted email service (Hushmail) for all emails and eTranfers. We use the most updated technology possible to protect your privacy. If you still do not feel safe, you can delete your ID photo from our servers once your ID has been verified and you have your first order with us.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All of your details must match 100%. Your Government ID, account name, and shipping name must all match. We do not accept orders by other people or allow members to place orders and ship to different individuals.

Is it safe to order online?

Can I order outside of Canada?

No. We only take orders and ship within Canada only.

I have been sent the wrong order. Now what?

This has yet to happen, but in the case of it ever happening…

Please contact someone on live chat or email info@cropdrop.ca immediately with your order number. We would send out some pre-paid envelopes for you to send the order back to us. Once we have the tracking number for that returned package we can ship your correct order out to you with free next day priority shipping.

Are the product images real?

Absolutely! All of the product images are taken by us personally. Images are not enhanced in any way and we guarantee the product you receive will look identical to the images you see on the website.

How to tell if cannabis is 'clean'?

The easiest way to tell is from the way it burns and smokes. You will notice all of our strains burn smooth, slow and even. The ash is a very light gray/white color and when smoking our products you will notice how smooth the smoke feels on exhaling. These are the signs of a pure, clean product.

Do you offer Refunds/Exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective/broken or we sent you the wrong order. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@cropdrop.ca or by live chat with details of the product and the defect. Photo evidence may be required for verification, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Which payments methods do you accept?

Currently, we can only accept payments via interac e-transfers. We are sourcing, and in talks with, various credit card merchants to try and offer it as another payment option for our customers. We don’t have an ETA for credit card processing at this time.

Do you charge tax?

Yes. Although technically you could argue prescription drugs shouldn’t be taxed, until proper cannabis regulations in Canada are in place, we will continue to claim and pay taxes to the CRA on all sales. At the checkout, you will notice the price will include 5% GST and 7% PST on all orders.

Do I have to update my secret question for every e-transfer?

No. If you are a repeat customer simply add your account username/email to the notes field when sending the e-transfer and we will be able to locate your account and most recent order number.

How much are shipping fees?

$20* – Canada Post Xpress (2 business days to most parts of Canada).

$35 – Canada Post Priority (next business day delivery).

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed as soon as the interac e-transfer has cleared. You will be notified by email when that happens.

If your interac e-transfer clears before 9am PST, your order will ship that business day. If we receive your payment after 9am PST, your order will ship the next business day.

How is my order packaged?

We package your product into a sealed can for transportation. The cans are fully sealed and have a pull-ring attached for easy opening. The smell you get when opening these cans is a very pleasurable experience. The cans come with a re-sealable plastic lid for future storage.

We then package your product into Canada post bubble mailer envelopes, with no obvious markings of what the contents is, or could be. Our ‘from’ address is simply a postage box for mailings. For larger orders, that are too big to fit into bubble mailers, we will use boxes instead.

How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping to major cities usually takes 1-3 business days and to rural locations it usually takes around 3-5 business days. If you have more questions, you can visit Canada Post help section for specific information.

Tracking says my package has been delivered but it's not here?

In our experience, it’s usually one of these two reasons:
– Canada Post’s online tracking system can be inaccurate, the exact delivery date and time can be off, sometimes by 2-3 days.
– There can be internal issues within Canada Post that may cause delays caused that are outside of our control.

If it has been more than 4-5 days since we shipped your order, and sent you a tracking code, please contact Canada Post.
